New Delhi: Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Damini Chaudhari as Vice President – Services, Greater India Zone, effective October 1, 2025.
She succeeds Ramesh Jha, who moves into the role of Senior Vice President, Global Services Strategy and Operations at Schneider Electric.
In her new role, Damini Chaudhari will take full P&L responsibility for the Services Business in the Greater India Zone and also oversee the ESE MV Business, previously led by Ramesh Jha.

This leadership transition is part of Schneider Electric’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its talent pipeline and reinforce Greater India’s critical role in the company’s global growth and transformation journey.
Since joining Schneider Electric in 2016 as Director, Corporate M&A, Damini Chaudhari has held various leadership positions, driving strategic initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, CSR, and long-term business transformation programs.
